Last Hope recognizes that these are tough times and that we must do everything we can to help those pet owners that have fallen on tough times to keep their pets in their home. Because of Pet Peeves’ generosity, Last Hope is able to offer the following: For a limited number of cats and dogs, free spays and neuters if you are on public assistance, disability, unemployment, etc. You will be asked to fill out an application for this service. Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.

Last Hope will also be offering two free rabies and heartworm testing clinics in 2012.  Dates and locations to be announced.
