Greetings!  My name is Sammy, and I’m so glad that you’re taking a little time to read about me.  Let me tell you my story:  During the first few years of my life, I had a home.  As I recall, it was pretty good in the beginning, but then my owner became less and less able to take care of me.  Finally, I was abandoned in the house when my human friend was sent to a hospital.  After that, I was taken to a shelter…and there I sat for a while.  One day, though, my lucky stars shone brightly on me and I was chosen to be a Last Hope Cat!  Wow!  I could hardly believe it!  Now I’m here at PetSmart, so much looking forward to finding another…and, this time, forever….home of my own.  I love people and I come running when called.  I’m mushy and mellow and oh-so-handsome with my long white fur, black markings and fluffy black tail.  Why don’t you stop by to see me soon?  If you do, I’m sure you’ll want to make me your forever friend.
