Hey, hey…I’m Dexter. My little sister, Debra, and I were born in a backyard bordering a Huntington Station landscaping business.  All went pretty well for us for a couple of weeks then…..something awful happened.  We were playing around some concrete blocks when – all of a sudden – we fell into a hole in one of the blocks!  We were so scared!  We cried and cried as loudly as we could.  Happily, the little boy who lived in the house heard us and told his parents of our plight.  When they couldn’t rescue us, they called the Fire Department, who sent their specialists to get us out of our little prison.  We were such lucky kittens!  Our Last Hope foster took us to a veterinarian for medical checkups, then to her house for a little rest and recovery.  Now we’re at PetSmart, frolicking in our cage as we wait for our forever home(s).  As you can see by our photos, we’re cute as buttons, bright-eyed and playful. I’m the curious one, who always wants to explore.  And I’m very vocal!  Please stop by to see for yourself what adorable kittens we are!  (Because we’re best friends, we’d love so much to be adopted together, although we do understand that may not be possible.)
