Hi! My name is Shirley and I have been waiting and waiting (several years now) for that special person that was meant to have me to find me!  Well, I want you to know (whoever you are) that I am at the Last Hope Wantagh Adoption Center.  I am actually enjoying my new digs here in this beautiful free roamers’ room – it is pretty neat with windows and sunlight, cat perches and cat walks.  It is something to see!  But, I would like nothing better than to finally have a family and home to call my own.  I am a good looking tuxedo girl who is fun to have around.  I am outgoing and friendly and I like other cats, too.  I have seen so many of my cat buddies here at Last Hope leave to go to their new home.  I know my day will come.   I promise to make you laugh and to shower you with love!  I know you are out there!
