As we have done since 1998, Last Hope joins other shelters and animal groups around the country by remembering deceased and lost pets, and honoring those pets that are still with us. Two trees are decorated with ribbons – one with red, gold & silver to honor and remember our pets past and present and one with green ribbons in remembrance of the countless, unwanted shelter animals throughout the US euthanized each year.

This was the first year that we held this event at our new Wantagh Adoption Center and it was a huge success…We had a full house! Thank you to all the volunteer’s and supporters of Last Hope who turned out last evening for our “Trees of Love” Lighting Ceremony!
