Curly “Charlie” is an older Poodle mix surrendered by his original owner in Kentucky. He’s 9 years old and had many of his teeth pulled before coming to Last Hope. Despite the troubles he’s endured, he’s a happy fellow who would just LOVE to be someone’s lap-sitting, pettable, canine companion. And, yes, Charlie, deserves to be pampered from now on.
