Or should we say a diamond in the rough? This super sweet Border Collie mix, about 1 1/2 years old, from a Kentucky shelter is a little shy at first, but warms up and becomes so affectionate. The long transport was so scary to her. With a little more time at our Adoption Center and the adoration of 250+ Last Hope volunteers, we know she will relax even more. “Julia” would love to settle in a home where she can demonstrate how lovable she is.
