LACEY Has an EMPTY NEST & a SPECIAL REQUEST…

Her adorable sons – JOHNNY & CHARLIE – are weaned, big boys who’ve joined their new Families …..

As LACEY begins the 2nd part of her Rescue Journey.

She left her wonderful foster home & came back to Last Hope Adoption Center to begin the pre-treatment to rid her of Heartworm.

LACEY would love a “Foster-to-Adopt” home to ease her through this ordeal & bring her to wellness.

She is an amazing 2 yr old Beagle from a poor Kentucky shelter. She came to us in dire need- heartworm positive & quite pregnant. We were her Last Hope.

She is housebroken (even when caring for her sons), absolutely devoted to her caretaker, obedient, quiet, good with kids & other dogs and loves every new person she meets.
(We haven’t seen LACEY with cats yet.)

LACEY would love to bond with her Future Forever Family while taking her preliminary meds, during her immiticide treatments when she will need to stay calm and then wait ’til she is cleared for spay.

Last Hope will pay all medical expenses for heartworm through her spay and 6 month follow-up heartworm test after treatment.

LACEY is truly the Epitome of a Deserving Dog.

She needs to know she BELONGS to someone as she ventures through her Heartworm Journey Toward Happily Ever After.
