Meet “Lefty”..
He’s an adorable & stocky fellow- Lab mix coloring; Border Collie eyes; soprano Collie bark with a cute repertoire of tricks.
For a treat, “Lefty” will “sit,” “shake” and almost “down”, but he insists on only giving his LEFT paw when he “shakes”, no matter what.
His friends at Babylon Animal Shelter knew him as “Calvin” but at Last Hope he’s been re-named after his silly paw trick. Come meet “Lefty” at our Wantagh Adoption Center. “Lefty” has agility dog potential. He’s attentive too. He was a guest on 94.3 The SHARK radio, and at the LI Vettes Classic Car Show.

“Lefty” may just be the RIGHT dog for you.
