Meet lucky “Linus”…
This quiet and friendly, yellow Lab mix with a wrinkly Sharpei forehead was “discovered” at Hempstead Animal Shelter next door by our dog coordinator. “Linus” is a quiet gentleman about 2 years old and around 62 pounds. Our Hempstead friends will soon be taking care of his needed heartworm treatment before he is formally adopted via Last Hope. Isn’t it wonderful when municipal shelters and private animal rescues work together to bring pets to wellness and to forever homes? Come meet “Linus” at Last Hope so we can help him with his fairy tale ending.
