“Lulu” could do ads for Maybelline. She has lovely permanent eye make-up.

This sweet, but timid Rat Terrier mix comes to Last Hope from a Kentucky Shelter. Her paperwork says she is Beagle/Blue Heeler but she seems too petite and fine-boned for that description. Her figure resembles a tall Terrier with a slight wave in her coat.

Little “Lulu” is about 20 pounds, and still a little shy. She is gradually relaxing as she sees that Last Hope has so many volunteers who want to spend time with her, and make her feel so special. Chances are, no one ever did that for “Lulu” before now.
