“Otis” is a new dog after his make-over. He is a 9 year old Miniature Poodle/Maltese mix who was an owner surrender to a Kentucky shelter. Poor “Otis” was in such matted, neglected condition. He arrived at Last Hope wearing a royal blue arygle sweater. Royal blue is HIS color. Such a sweet fellow  like “Otis” deserves to spend the rest of his life with plenty of love and without any worries.
