Hard to picture a Chihuahua any cuter than “Palmer”.

He’s about 12 pounds and has the most adorable Peter Lorre eyes. This petite Black Beauty loves to sit on your lap. “Palmer” is about 2 years old and comes to Last Hope from an overcrowded Kentucky Shelter.
