“Shiloh” is a handsome and sturdy Beagle about 5 years old who is quite photogenic.
He comes from a Kentucky shelter. “Shiloh” looks like he stepped off the cover of the Newbery Award winning children’s book Shiloh by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor which is ironic, because this novel encourages young readers to make ethical decisions about how to react when faced with animal abuse. “Shiloh’s” an outgoing guy best suited for a home without young children.
