“Thelma” minus the “Louise” is a classic Beagle waif.

This young, adorable purebred tri-colored Beagle is very thin. She’s most likely a victim of starvation or neglect, as often is the case with the unwanted Beagles transported from Kentucky and other rural states.

Last Hope will make sure she gets TLC, lots of love from our volunteers, proper medical care and the best nutrition. The only thing missing from this prescription for well-being is a HOME.
