This handsome Hound mix is the size of a Harrier (big Beagle) and comes to Last Hope on Long Island from a shelter in Virginia. He was emaciated when found as a stray. He is about a year old, only 26 pounds and still needs to fill out. We are seeking a loving home with children over 10 years old. “Tibbs” would love to be part of a family or someone nice’s best friend.
