If you have a pet (cat or dog) that needs to be spayed or neutered and you are a senior (65+) on disability, unemployed for 6 months or more, or on public assistance, LAST HOPE through the generosity of PET PEEVES, Inc., & the Ryan Newman Foundation has limited funding to pay for this mandatory operation for your dog or cat.
