Hi, I’m Pearl…and I am Cute with a capital “C”…Sweet with a capital “S”!! I am a 7 month old Beagle/Chihuahua that was rescued from a West Virginia yard where I dragged a heavy chain alongside other chained dogs including my Beagle Mama…Can you imagine chaining a 13 lb. puppy??? Who does that???

My savior from PAWS in WV fostered me, and then I arrived at Last Hope on via canine transport during our recent snowy October nor’easter. I love everyone and am the happiest when cuddled or on someone’s lap. I am quickly learning crate training, and get along with dogs and cats. I traveled up here with my buddy Porter, who is a stray that wound up on a chain in my yard too. If you would like to me meet come for a visit to the Wantagh Adoption Center.
