Hello, my name is Andy and my story is one of true rescue. After living with my owner for 15 years, I then found myself sitting in a town shelter. I didn’t have much chance for adoption, due to my age and an eye condition. It’s hard to imagine but my eyelids were curled into my eyeballs… a condition that I’ll tell you caused me great discomfort for many years. My former owner not only declawed me, but opted not to treat my eye condition….it’s just plain sad.
When Last Hope heard about me, Eileen, our Huntington Cat Center Coordinator, drove straight to the town shelter from work, and brought me back to our cat center. I’ve had my surgery and now I feel and look MA-VA-LOUS! I am one of the most appreciative, and most gentle souls you will ever meet. I absolutely love other cats, and spend most of my days purring and rolling over for belly rubs!
Please consider giving me a home of my own – a forever home, that will never let me down. I am a very easy, mellow mushball that only asks for love, a warm bed, and a window to look out of.
None of us belong in a metal cage but I am a senior and just want to live the rest of my life with a family that will love me for the rest of my days – Please call Lucy if you are interested in adopting me! Her number is 917-494-5397
I've found my forever home! Thank you!
