Hi, my name is Max and I am a 2 year old Golden/Chow Mix – nice combo, don’t you think??  I am from Town of Hempstead Shelter and was found as a stray.  With all that has been happening lately I can be a little shy, but enjoy the company of people. I have good leash skills and like to go for walks with my buddies here at Last Hope.  I keep hearing people say that I am adorable, or that I look like a teddy bear…oh and that I have a great smile too!
