Hi there! My name is Portia and boy, do I live up to my fancy name. I’m a 10 month old tabby with orange splashes. After sitting at the town shelter for a few months, I demand attention. If you turn away from me, I will reach out with my paw and pull you back towards me. I simply will not tolerate being ignored! And why should I?
