Young “Mac” was supposedly rescued from a Chihuahua puppy mill raid in KY, but he doesn’t look like your typical Chihuahua. He is more of a small Spitz type in Shepherd coloring. He is quite “personable”- a little charmer, cute as can be – but at times seems not to want to be with other dogs.
