I have quite a “tale” to tell. My rescuer found me one day when she was shopping at a local mall. There I was running around the parking lot trying to find food, so scared and lonely. I was even drinking from a cup of spilled iced coffee that someone left in the parking lot. No one at the mall bothered to try to help me and I was starving until my rescuer found me. Though I am about 5 to 6 months old, I have the body weight of a 3-month-old kitten. When my rescuer found me-it took her 3 days to catch me and she found out that I had been there at least a week before. The first night I was saved-I slept with my paw in my food dish-I had to keep touching it to see if it was real! Since I am so malnourished the veterinarian that works with Last Hope decided I should gain some weight before I can be spayed. Of course-as soon as I am able, Last Hope will have me spayed-but for now I am here to find my special someone and to receive the love and kindness and lots of food that I deserve. Oh, and by the way-I am also a rare orange female-most of the kitty’s my color are usually males. I am super sweet-I purred the whole time I was being examined by Last Hope’s vet and even while I was having my ears cleaned. When I am held-I almost never stop purring-I just want to savor the love I feel being with people who care.
I've found my forever home! Thank you!
