“Taco” comes to Last Hope as a stray from West Virginia. His local rescue group relies on foster care because they have no shelter in their county…only an animal control officer who must put dogs down right away so the rescue tries to foster as many as they can as the dogs await transport to the Northeast where there are more possible, responsible homes via organizations like Last Hope.
“Taco” is a doll. He’s a Chihuahua/Pug about 3 years old and 16 pounds. He gets along with kids, dogs and cats. In his West Virginia foster home, he slept at the end of the bed and stayed close to his foster Mom during the day. He was mellow but he liked to play. “Taco” has the makings of a great family dog.
I've found my forever home! Thank you!
