Poor “Arthur” was found  as an emaciated stray near a meat market in August. Does this remind you of “Lady & the Tramp” begging at butcher shops during their escapade?

“Arthur” is a leggy black Lab mix puppy about 8 months old who came into Babylon Town Shelter in neglected condition. After nearly a month of TLC no shelter visitors noticed this dear boy so he is now at Last Hope in a smaller setting. The spotlight can shine on his sweetness, and hopefully someone nice like you will notice him soon.

Note: Arthur is only about 30 pounds and should fill out and get a little bigger.
