“Cooper” is a cutie.  This skinny young fellow from a Kentucky shelter resembles a Black & Tan Coonhound, only at half the size. He weighs 26 pounds and is about full grown at a year or so old. He is energetic and lovable, full of  still in the prime of puppyhood.
