Delphia is delightful. She is a tiny stray from a West Virginia rescue that relies on a few foster homes in their county because they have no shelter, only an Animal Control Officer who must put dogs down right away.

She appears to be a Beagle/Feist mix, 29 pounds and just about 2 years old or less.  Her WV foster Mom describes her this way: “Delphia is an adorable little girl and a new arrival. She gets along with kids and dogs but has not been cat tested yet.” She attended an adoption event at a library and was well-behaved. In a responsible, loving home, she could be just about perfect!
