“Monty” doesn’t fit easily into a breed description. He is a slight young fellow a bit too leggy and pointy to be a Chihuahua mix. He isn’t a Spitz type either. He’s about 30 pounds.
He resembles a slim black miniature Shepherd with long legs, refined features and a wonderful, outgoing disposition. “Monty” came to Last Hope from a crowded Kentucky Shelter. He’s happy to be a Long Islander now but would prefer to be an “adopted” Long Islander.
I've found my forever home! Thank you!
