“James” is a tiny treasure. He came to Last Hope on LI from an overcrowded Kentucky along with 3 other (unrelated) Chihuahuas. The quartet of amigos seems to get along well. “James” is about a year old, and has cute bent over ears. He loves to be around people of all ages. He would LOVE to be with you.
