“Shelly” would love to find “Beagle happily ever after”.

She was born in Kentucky about a year ago. Spent her whole young life outside, and was then surrendered to an overcrowded rural shelter because her owners “did not want her any more”. She came to Last Hope on a rescue transport. She is understandably a little timid, but just so loving and cute as a Beagle button. “Shelly” deserves to be wanted forever by someone wonderful.
