Everyone is going crazy over me, I’m just THAT cute!! My name is Tipper and I am just a little guy born in March 2015 that was rescued from a municipal shelter when still soooo tiny so that I could receive much needed fostering before being placed for adoption. As you can see, I love having my tummy rubbed and love to play and snuggle and purr and do all the wonderful things that kittens do!
