Scarlett is a sweetheart. She makes friends instantly and then rolls over for a belly rub…Or perhaps, she is seeking sympathy because her stomach was recently shaved for her spay. She is a 2 year old black Lab mix from a Virginia shelter. Big girl- 75 pounds with lots of love to share. “Scarlett” has the makings of a great family dog.
