This little fellow may be comical-looking but his back story is so sad. “Ichiwawa” is a chubby 5 year old Chihuahua. He and his housemate “Maggie” an 11-12 year old Shepherd/Akita mix were turned into a Long Island town shelter after their owner entered a nursing home. They had no idea what happened to their world. They need not stay together because “Ichiwawa” is a bit possessive of his big sister.  Our funny-looking fellow weighs 23 pounds. He needs to lose weight on a careful weight loss program. Are you the right someone who would like to diet with this Chihuahua chubster? Hope so.
