Here is the Virginia shelter report that “sold” Last Hope:

“Greta” is very dog friendly with an outstanding personality, always at the front of her kennel. She’s 49 pounds and  just above the knee in height. She is a sweet medium-size Black & Tan Coonhound mix who came into a Virginia shelter as a stray.

“Greta” prefers not to play alone.  She was much happier being with people or other dogs. If you want a nice medium sized pup that will be a good companion, then Greta is your girl. She is easy to handle on the leash, well-behaved and appears to be house trained.
