SCRUFFY is looking for a dog-savvy owner.
He is hearing challenged physically, as well as having the selective hearing of a true Terrier.
He came to Last Hope as an unclaimed stray at Town of Hempstead Shelter. He needs a home without kids, and an owner who will teach him limits…. Someone who can consistently cue SCRUFFY visually to what he is being asked to do.
He is only 2, and has tremendous potential in the right hands.
