SISSY earned her ticket on the “rescue transport bus” from a Kentucky shelter to Last Hope in NY for the chance of a comfortable & caring home for the rest of her Beagle life.
SISSY is estimated to be about 12 years old which is far too many years for such a sweet dog to be considered a
possession in Kentucky rather than a cherished pet in New York.
She arrived at Last Hope, and when put in her kennel, SISSY rolled over to show her belly to everyone who passed by.
SISSY is a SWEETHEART.
