This teeny male Maltipoo comes to Last Hope from Town of Oyster Bay Shelter where he was owner-surrendered. In heavily matted and neglected condition.
The shelter shaved & bathed him.
ROU ROU is 8 years old, and cute as a button. He loves to be with people,especially sitting on somebody’s lap.
This tiny fellow deserves to be with someone who will pamper & treasure him FOREVER.
