OSCAR is an amiable Georgia Peach Pup at Last Hope .
He is a compact canine, 22 lbs , 2 years old, described by his Georgia-sending shelter as a Whippet mix. That breed description is a stretch.
However, this sweet fellow is already neutered, which along with his pleasant “personality” should enable OSCAR to find a forever family at Whippet speed.
