Hi, I am Alia! I am so lucky to be at the Huntington Cat Center… I was very close to not making it. Before the town shelter, I was taken from a hoarder house, living amongst hundreds of other cats… most were sickly and did not make it. When I got to the shelter, I was so scared and so terrified, they kept in a back room cage with no light, no name, and no chance whatsoever. Thank god I was sent an angel from Last Hope, who took one look at me and knew that I needed to get the heck out of there and fast! As soon as I was welcomed into the cat center, I knew that I had been given a second chance. Every day I get braver and more social. I am still shy, but I am now a purr monster! I can’t stop purring because I am so grateful to be at the center. I would love a home more than anything… a home where I can be loved and cherished. My eye looks the way it does because it was neglected after an old injury. I have since seen the vet, and I have a clean bill of health!
Please call or email Lucy if you are interested in adopting me.. the first 2 years of my life have been very tough, and I would love nothing more than to have a new family. 917-494-5397 effmanlu@yahoo.com
I've found my forever home! Thank you!
