Ambrosia, a sweet and gentle little girl, was born in June, 2013, in Dix Hills.  She was rescued by a Last Hope volunteer who saw immediately that the kitten had a deformed right foot.  Ambrosia’s foster mom saw to it that she had a complete veterinary checkup and all her medicals done, and now this cutie is at our adoption area in PetSmart, Huntington Station.  (Her photo was taken just after she’d arrived, so she was a bit frightened at her change in surroundings.  She was much more relaxed within a day of her arrival!) Despite the fact that her little foot isn’t exactly like that of other kitties, she has no problems running, jumping and playing the way all kittens do!  Sweet Ambrosia is dreaming of the day when she will have a home of her own where she will be loved and cherished forever.  Do you think it might be yours?  Stop by to visit this wonderful little girl and see for yourself!
