“Arlo” is a country boy Chihuahua mix from an overcrowded Kentucky shelter. He arrived at Last Hope on LI along with 3 amigo Chihuahuas. “Arlo”, only about a year old, traveled fine with his amigos and loves people of all ages. Really enjoys being held. He will make a nice pint-size pup companion.
