“Betzy” is a timid, sweet and quiet Chihuahua who likes to be held and would love to be someone nice’s companion. She is about 8 years old, tipping the scales at 10 pounds. “Betzy” was a transfer from one crowded Kentucky shelter to a transporting Kentucky shelter when her time was up. She has been in foster care awaiting her ride to Long Island. Now that she is at Last Hope, “Betzy” is a little overwhelmed by a kennel setting and is hoping for a home of her own very soon.
