“Bubbles” is an effervescent and chubby 6 year old Shih tzu now at Last Hope. She was surrendered to Babylon Shelter by an owner in his 80s who could no longer care for her. She is bubbly like her name, and greets everyone she meets with a belly up. In her former home “Bubbles” had been around other dogs and small kids. She tips the scales at 14 lbs, and would love to find a loving someone who will spoil her with low calorie home-cooking.
