“Carmen” doesn’t want to serenade you with arias.She just wants to be your furry friend. This young Shepherd mix with floppy ears, painted in the classic black & tan pattern, is about a year old and only 32 pounds. Carmen came to Last Hope from a Virginia shelter. She is a sweet, medium-sized dog in need of a family to love.
