“Carter” is nice medium-size dog. He’s full grown.

He was surrendered to a Virginia shelter by the same folks who gave up our 2 newest Beagles (Jackie O & Teddy). “Carter’ is between 1-2 years old, and only weighs 28 lbs. He is supposed to be a Beagle/Smooth Collie mix even though he doesn’t look like either breed. He looks very Heinz 57. This dear boy takes cookies from you with the best of manners. “Carter” is endearing and has the makings of a great family dog.
