“Clarabelle” came to Last Hope, rescued from a North Carolina shelter…she looks like a comical mix of Basset and Black & Tan Coonhound, as if a Coonhound were fitted on a Basset frame. This gal is about 4-5 years old, easy going and lovable…Chances are that there was nothing comical about her previous life despite her pleasant demeanor…Clarabelle likes other dogs.
