Hi – My name is COLTON & I am 5 years old – HUGE, MUSHY & LOVES ATTENTION!

Oh I have been called delicious, lovable, cuddly, sweet, cute, handsome, fun, playful, and on and on – and yet I sit in a cage day in and day out hoping someone will have the room in their heart and home for me.  It makes me wonder if I really am all those things – what do you think?

Last Hope rescued me from a municipal shelter – where my days were numbered.  I was dropped off there about 8 months ago because my “family” who adopted me as a baby kitten moved and didn’t make arrangements to keep me as a part of their family -.can you imagine – I was disposable!!! They could have at least tried to find another home for me -rather than put me in a cage in a shelter with a possibility of no family again.   All of my medical needs have been met –  but now what I really need is a family – to get and give love every day and unconditionally.

I am very well-behaved, and love other cats and people. I just need a little time to feel safe again – and then I am truly at my best.    I love being brushed and cuddled and pet.  When I purr I make the cutest clicking sound in my throat.   I know once I am out of a cage and able to walk around and burn some calories – I may even slim down a little!  I am so thankful when I received even crumbs of attention, I long to be out of the cage in a warm, cozy home and to show you how wonderful I really am.  Let me bring that magic into your home – Please!!
