“Droopy” is a Beagle with a sad-sack face; sweet, but shy at first. He came to Last Hope from a Virginia Shelter and arrived with Lyme & Ehrlichiosis, two tick diseases..he is presently being treated with antibiotics.  Droopy is about 4 years old, and weighs 25 pounds. He is becoming more animated each day because he is feeling better, and because he hopes his new home is just around the corner. Is it?
