Hello there! My name is Ellie! See, I was adopted from a shelter as a kitten and had it really great…until my family decided to move. They left me at the town shelter and never looked back. Spending so much time in the shelter, I learned something – being a 3 year old beautiful girl with big green eyes and the sweetest personality doesn’t seem to trump a little kitten. How can this be!? With kittens, you don’t know what they’re going to grow up into! With me, what you see is what you get! I’m a volunteer favorite – sweet as can be and I LOVE other cats. I’m nervous about this kitten season situation that’s upon us – what if I keep getting passed by? I don’t want to stay here forever; I want a home of my own. I love to snuggle and I would love to curl up next to you on the couch…so what do you say? I’m currently residing in the free roamer’s room at the Huntington Cat Center – you will find me waiting patiently for you, snuggled up in a basket. Please give my friend Lucy a call so you can set something up…I’ve watched a bunch of other cats have visitors and I want to feel that special!
