FOWLER was found as a stray at Puppy Creek in VA . He was wearing a red collar but no one claimed him.

FOWLER is so outgoing that it’s hard for him to sit because his tail never stops wagging.
He is enchanting, soulful eyes..Knows some commands. Will stay medium-sized. Likes dogs & cats too. Oodles of Family Dog Potential.
